Description: I just finished this rug! It was lots of fun to hook and by hooking the background as I went, I wasn't left with it at the end. I also tried different ideas on the center lattice-lines. Darker lines detracted from the border design so I hooked the diamond-shapes in straight lines using my background color, changing the direction in every other one. This gives the center interest without being dominant. I plan to use it under a coffee table. This rug is adaptable to several sizes including a room sized one. You may also choose from many designs for your border.
